Here’s a couple of shots from last week’s shoot with Eva. She was kind enough to step in at the last minute. So thank you very much Eva! And of course a big thank you to my sweet little sis Mariana for doin’ the make up and turning this beautiful girl into an even more beautiful girl.

Just a random pic of Anna shot at PhotoVaganza 5. I kinda like it, so I thought I’d share it.

Shot the Geel Triathlon with my buddy Glenn. He got us press passes to the event, and me and my big mouth got me a ride in the dinghy of the Geel fire brigade to shoot the swim competition.

There’s impressions of the race in this album, and here are a couple of shots for you.

Sofie Goos smiles as she crosses the finish line victorious in the women’s 1/4 triathlon.

Stijn Goris rounds the 1st corner in the cycling part of the men’s 1/4 triathlon and becomes the winner in that event.

Ifhegemeia is one of the best fetish models, I’ve worked with. I worked with her for the 1st time in 2008; it was a very intense shoot. And the results for that shoot were the max. When I asked her to join me for this month Apertura shoot, she immediately said yes. I was thrilled, ’cause I knew it would turn out to become a great shoot. And as you can see from the shots above, I was right.

Thanks for the shoot girl! Once again, you were awesome!

PhotoVaganza #5 was a big success: 180 persons attended our little get-together, lot’s of pictures were taken, not enough pizza and wine, and friends meeting friends everywhere. That is what PhotoVaganza is all about.

Of course I had to wait until everyone was gone before I could get my camera out and shoot a couple of frames. Anna was kind enough to pose for me while we tried to experiment with light behind a metallic backdrop.

Thanks Anna for putting up with my nonsense again. And also thank you to Alain and Glenn for thinking ahead with the lighting.

And Gert: we’re doin’ another edition of PhotoVaganza this year, right? It is ALWAYS fun to work with you!

Gert Willems and I are hosting the 5th edition PhotoVaganza: a meet-and-greet for models, photographers, makeup artists and stylists. We’ll be hosting this event at CC De Schrijnwerkerij in Geel on Saturday, March 20. It starts at 10:00H.

If you’re 16 or older and have an interest in model photography, you are welcome to join us. You can meet old friends, new contacts, maybe do a little shoot, and we have pizza!
